Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel orders within 24 hours of placement without any charges. For cancellations requested after 24 hours but before shipment processing, a nominal processing fee of 5% may apply. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

We accept returns for most products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Digital products, software, and downloadable content
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Customized or personalized items

Refund Process

  1. Initiate return request through your account or by contacting customer support
  2. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send a refund confirmation
  3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
  4. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free pickup and provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
