Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes

- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – ₹50
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days) – ₹120
- Free Shipping on orders over ₹999 (standard shipping only)

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your account on our website.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery:
- Incorrect/missing items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Package not received: Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of expected delivery
- Damaged package: Refuse delivery or note damage with carrier and contact us immediately
